MOVE TO MUSIC Dance Fundraiser

Join the Parkinson’s & Movement Disorder Foundation (PMDF) and the National Spasmodic Torticollis Association (NSTA) for our second MOVE TO MUSIC Dance Fundraiser. This fun, family-friendly event aims to promote awareness and raise funds for movement disorder research. Dancing can improve mood, increase range of motion, enhance body awareness, reduce anxiety, and boost overall emotional well-being. After the dancing, enjoy a delicious lunch provided by Katella Restaurant and Deli in Los Alamitos.
